Take the list, not a banner ad
Primary sponsors get access to the registrant list. Not impressions, not clicks, not a logo on a footer. The actual names of people who raised their hand for your category and sat through two days of content about it.
We build, own, and run our own virtual summits across health, wellness, and personal development. You sponsor one... and you leave with the registrant list, direct enrollment into your programs, a bench of new affiliates, and the kind of category authority paid media does not sell.

Why sponsor
Paid traffic rents you attention for eight seconds. A summit hands you a room full of people who just spent two days learning why they need what you sell.
Primary sponsors get access to the registrant list. Not impressions, not clicks, not a logo on a footer. The actual names of people who raised their hand for your category and sat through two days of content about it.
Your offer lives inside the summit funnel and the follow-up sequences. Attendees move into your programs during the live days, through the replay window, and for months afterward on the evergreen relaunch.
Every speaker and JV partner on the event is a warm prospect for your affiliate program. One summit can rebuild an entire affiliate bench, which is usually worth more than the sponsorship costs.
Title and category exclusivity are available. For two days you are the answer in your space, in front of an audience that is actively shopping and has already been warmed up by 20 experts.
On select events we will structure a sponsorship with a revenue share component rather than a flat placement fee, depending on the offer, the fit, and how much of the funnel you want. That gets worked out on the call, not on a web page.
Professional production
We produce broadcast-quality virtual events with professional graphics, coordinated speaker schedules, and an attendee experience that makes the whole room feel like a media property. Your brand sits inside that, not next to it.
Step by step
Six steps from the first call to the evergreen relaunch. You approve the assets. We do the rest.
We walk you through the calendar, the avatar behind each event, the expected reach, and where your offer actually fits. If none of them fit, we tell you that instead of selling you one.
Title, presenting, category, or booth. Each tier is priced against reach, exclusivity, and how deep into the funnel your offer sits. Contracts are short and the payment deadline sits roughly 45 days out.
Your session, your booth page, your offer placement, your creative, and your copy. Our team writes and designs the whole package against what converts on our events. You approve, we ship.
Email campaigns, JV partner promotions, affiliate recruitment, social, and paid support all working the same calendar. The target on every build is 10,000 or more registrations.
Your session runs and your offer goes live. On Live Selling Day you get a dedicated selling window, QVC style, in front of the entire audience with the host driving the pitch.
You receive the registrant data your tier includes. Then the replay funnel and the evergreen relaunch keep putting your offer in front of new people long after the live days are over.
What we run
You are not funding an event. You are buying a placement inside one that already works, built by the team that has been running this format since before it had a name.
We concept, build, run, and own the event end to end. You show up to a finished machine instead of funding someone learning on your money.
150+ producedRegistration flows, booth pages, offer pages, and order forms built and split-tested against 23 years of what converts in these markets.
Avg. 12% conversionRegistration, reminder, live-day, replay, and post-event sequences. Your offer is written into the ones that matter for your tier.
30+ sequences per eventWe book the experts and the promotional partners. That bench is also the pool you recruit affiliates from once the event is live.
3,000+ speakers managedTopic architecture, session structure, interview questions, and compliance review so nothing on the event creates a problem for your brand.
Proven frameworksYour creative, your copy, your booth, your bonus, and your offer positioning. Written by direct response people, not an events coordinator.
Done for youThe numbers
Three numbers matter when you are deciding whether to sponsor: how many people, for how long, and what it costs.
Every registrant opted in because of the topic, which means they self-selected into your category before you ever paid for the placement. Our strongest events clear 25,000 on the live days alone.
We do not take our summits down. Once the live event ends it moves to evergreen and keeps registering people on autopilot. Several of our events have passed 150,000 total attendees this way, and sponsor placements ride along.
A booth placement starts around $10,000. A title partnership with list access, live selling, and category exclusivity runs toward $50,000. What you pay is set by reach, exclusivity, and how deep into the funnel your offer sits.
Figures shown are ranges observed across events we have produced since 2003 and are presented for illustration. They are not typical results, projections, or a guarantee of any outcome. Reach, enrollment, and return on a sponsorship depend on the event, your category, your offer, your pricing, and factors outside our control. We do not guarantee registrations, revenue, enrollments, affiliate signups, or list growth of any amount.
Beyond the summit
A sponsorship only pays off if there is something worth buying at the other end of it. These are the projects we take on alongside the events, for partners who qualify.
Full podcast builds and ongoing production. Format and positioning, guest booking, recording direction, editing, show art, distribution, and the promotional assets that make each episode worth sharing. The same interview engine that powers our summits, running weekly instead of in launch windows.
The single biggest reason a sponsorship underperforms is that the offer behind it is weak. We build the offer itself. Positioning, pricing architecture, order bumps, upsell paths, guarantee structure, and the sales copy that carries it.
Digital courses, memberships, physical bundles, and book funnels. We take expertise you already have and package it into something people can buy, then wire it into the funnel so the traffic has somewhere to land.
These are scoped and priced separately from any sponsorship. We take them on selectively. Bring it up on the call and we will tell you straight whether it is a fit.
In their words
“Our summit was better than hosting a live event.”
“The EMF Hazards Summit reached nearly 100,000 people.”
“Summits give my patients the framework before they ever walk in the door.”
Partner-hosted builds
We still take on a small number of partner-hosted events each year, where you host the interviews and put your name on the event while we run production. Different structure, different terms, and we are selective about which ones we take. Worth a conversation if that is what you had in mind.
Let's talk
Bring your offer, your target buyer, and what you want out of this. We will walk the calendar with you, show you the numbers behind each event, and say so plainly if none of them are the right room for you.
